Welcome to my profile. My name is Karin Floder, and on this page, you‘ll be able to read about my experience and what drives me.

I am a trustworthy and reliable HR graduate with the necessary integrity, diligence, and perseverance to work as an HR Manager. Over the years, I obtained qualities like a strong sense of responsibility, persuasiveness, and the ability to balance sensitive topics and situations. Furthermore, I call skills like conflict management, problem-solving skills my own, as well as being able to make quick and still informed decisions.
Due to my attitude towards life-long learning and my studies at the FHWien University of Applied Science and my master studies at the Tilburg University, I acquired the perfect mix of theoretical and practical expertise of Human Resource Management, obtained a holistic perspective, and refined my communication and storytelling skills to deliver a clear and persuasive message along with the courage to speak up. Furthermore, my ability to gather information and facts, weigh them and the interests of all stakeholders was always one of my strengths.

What drives me?
My enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity about HR management, along with my intrinsic motivation for improvement and support of people and organizations, help me to deliver high-quality work and to find sustainable and suitable solutions. I enjoy encountering and learning new things, working in a team with a team spirit and humor, working on challenging tasks and projects, as well as with people who show me new perspectives and views.

At the moment, I finish my master's studies in Tilburg, the Netherlands, and go back to my primary residence in Vienna, Austria, at the end of July. Although I grew up in Austria, I realized during my pre-master and master studies, that I want to live and work abroad.
I love to learn and experience new cultures. Therefore, I am happy to move for a job opportunity within an HR department as HR Assistant, (Junior) HR Manager, or HR Analyst, where I can apply my knowledge and skills, help the organization, and gain further expertise about HR management.
