Summary

Throughout my career I have developed as a professional aimed mainly at Real Estate Management for commercial projects. I am an experienced manager with more than 20M sq.ft administered for multinational companies accomplishing favourable results for my clients.
I am looking for a company where I can add value to their Real Estate portfolio but also where I can utilise my passion creating well-being spaces and broad experiences to the entire organization.

I am deeply passionate about Real Estate and the impact it has in the way we live, work and relate with others. I have taken courses for the PMP Certification and BOMA Measurements in order to have all the possible knowledge to help my clients through the decision making regarding their Real Estate portfolios.
I consider myself a team worker where all the people involved in a project get engage with the vision and objective of the project. I am firmly believer that organization and leadership are key factors to achieve my goals.

As a commercial manager sub director I was in charge to develop real estate strategies and solutions for our clients. I was also in charge of the administration a pitching of global accounts within Mexico, Central America and Caribbean. My main projects involve commercial interiors, retail, new construction and industrial plants.

Responsibilities:

• Develop workplace strategies based on real estate analysis within the organization of my clients, where I achieved up to 30% reduction of space and optimization of work places.
• I created a matrix of analysis for buildings and technical evaluations so my clients can make a decision based on their real needs regarding Real Estate.
• I was in charge of studying our client´s need and requirements in order to elaborate a cost estimate based on possible deliverables and realization of due diligence taking into account the project master schedule. Elaborating a procurement strategy creating saving for up to 20% resulting in business case elaborations for capital expenses approvals.
• Create logistics and project strategy for multi-site projects in Latin America managed from Mexico City.
• For some client´s I created a workplace playbook that has the baseline for design and work areas for their offices worldwide, resulting in a optimization of spaces, facilities guidelines and cost saving for all their real estate portfolio.

Project manager

From February 2013 to July 2014

As a project manager I managed 2M sq.ft of commercial and retail projects for clients located in and outside of Mexico. Working with international clients, I learned how to create a team work environment in order to achieve the deadlines and expectations of the projects, managing all vendors and providers involved in them.

Responsibilities:

• My main responsibilities as project manager were cost control for the project, schedule and programming in order to achieve the deadline keeping track of quality control. I achieve to successfully manage projects in time, where all my clients occupied their new offices on the day proposed in the kick off meeting.
• I develop a risk control and mitigation management plan to get control of the projects.
• I successfully managed the cost control of my projects, not only to keep then under budget but to create significant saving without jeopardizing quality by handling best value procurements.
• I was in charge of the relationship with the building´s administration, vendors and providers, coordinating the required permissions for interior´s construction, always creating a team environment with everyone involved aiming for the success of the project.
• Some of my clients include: Japan Tobacco International, JETRO, Marsh McLennan Companies, Dentsu Aegis Network, Novartis, among others.
