The MSc Development and Rural Innovation trains expertise for the management of sociotechnical innovations, rural development and communication for development fields. It combines rigorous appreciation of development theory and gives students robust practical opportunity to experience development intervention on the ground through field trips, research and internship. Graduates are equipped fully in the management of complex development challenges and are able to design, implement, manage and evaluate innovation and change processes at diverse contexts. Attendance at seminars and relevant workshops add value to graduate's ability to communicate scientific facts persuasively and convincingly.
