I enjoy making overviews, analyzing complex situations and initiating processes. Organizing and connecting people is my second nature.

During my graduation assignment, I gained experience in modeling and analysing the effects of Sustainable Energy Tenders on the Dutch and German electricity markets. This is a typical top-down approach. I believe that both, a top-down and bottom-up approach is needed, to transform the Western energy system and provide access to sustainable energy in developing countries.

In India I gained direct experience in local bottom-up approaches by increasing access to energy via sustainable energy networks with local entrepreneurs. I have explored innovative business models, talked to investors, designed operational processes and held a webinar on the national rural electrification policies in Asia. This makes me very aware of the multifaceted international development aspects - such as financial inclusion, development finance, entrepreneurship and skills & education - which are related to the success of a sustainable energy sector in a development context.

Currently, I focus on analysing & advising on the socio-technical issues and coalition formation of the energy transition and emission reduction strategies in the Netherlands as a consultant at Berenschot.

As junior consultant I execute(d) projects related to the Dutch Energy Transition like;
• Support & advisory on the communication strategy of Top Team Energy of the Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate (EZK), and Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO)
• Conducting Interviews with Directors of Top team Energy
• Project: Integrated Business Case of Hydrogen in the Built Environment
• Project support: CO2 utilisation in Province of Limburg, Investments of in existing Built Environment towards a CO2-neutral future, Stakeholder Interviews for the removal of Gas Heated Boilers
• Internal projects: Summer School Business Course Organisation, Recruitment of Talent, Development of HR-Strategy for the CEO of Berenschot
