As a sales agent of the telecommunications company CenturyLink I made sure customers bought what they were looking for by matching their needs with the service packages and encouraged them to keep buying with us, as well as helping sales repsresentatives close their deals and made the whole purchase order for the customer.
I also helped customers with any inquiry about their service and made sure they received the most thorough and accurate information in order to get an excellent service.
I developed social and effective communication skills with clients and applied my abilities on practical, quick and effective problem solving to offer the best service. I also learned how to develop myself in a professional work environment and learn to follow rules with discipline and enthusiasm, but always adding my own personal creativity.
