Shankarappa is basically a development worker having specialization in working for Rural Development, Women and Child Rights issues from more than two and half decades of social work experience. He was post graduated in Master of Arts in Social Work discipline. Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Mysore University. Later he pursues apprenticeship in Journalism from Department of Information & Publicity Government of Karnataka. Apart from these he had done many International Specialization and Professional Development Courses and Research Studies on Social and Economic Development in Foreign Universities. I got Graduation from MASHAV training program, “International Course: Innovative Entrepreneurship: from an Idea to Starting a Business”, by MASHAV Israel country The Haifa, From 4-21 January, 2016.

The Construction of SHAKTHI Multipurpose Resource Centre in Shiralakoppa this is the RED LETTER DAY in the HISTORY of in my life 2007 to 2010.
Prepared and implemented the Stakeholder Engagement Plan relating to the Social, Economic, Educational, Environmental and Cultural dimensions from 1994 to 2018 in all Projects.
