Regional HR Head – Middle East/Talent & Performance Consultant - MENA, part of the MENA Management Team - Reporting to HR Leader CAN MEA – the Netherlands (Feb. 2017 – Present)
- HR Strategy, Leadership and Coordination: Develop a strategic approach to human resources and the execution of Cargill MEA strategies,
- Talent Management & Retention: Drive the talent agenda including retention and succession planning initiatives. advising the regional and global HR team on Cargill talent management strategy and the annual talent review process.
- Compensation and Benefits: Design the region’s pay structure and benefits offerings in line with Cargill Comp & Ben policy. Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans as per markets
- Learning and Development: Develop a wide L&D strategy to promote and arrange delivery of training that is directly relevant and beneficial to the operations and in-line with the confirmed development plans.
- Performance Management: Improve the performance management cycle of employees across MEA region including job description formulation, assessments and promotions. Implementing performance appraisals, training and feedback across MEA region in line with regional/global HR standards.
- Lead the whole HR workstream for new acquisitions and joint ventures

Head of Human Resources – Gulf Countries (Resp. for Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Yemen, Bahrain & Palestine) part of Gulf & Levant Leadership Team - Reporting to Head of Gulf Countries - Jordan (Nov. 2013 – Feb. 2017)
- Ad-interim HR Head Levant (Resp. for Lebanon, Syria, Iraq & Iran) as an assignment covering for Maternity Leave
- Develop the annual HR strategy and budget that meets the business goals in coordination with top management and MENA HR, to ensure leading a range of different projects and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
 Talent Management, OD & Succession Planning including Building Capabilities & Development Plans

 Diversity & Inclusion,

 Employee Relations and Engagement Programs.
- Guide the executive team through organizational restructurings which created a more flexible, cost-efficient workforce by acting as a change agent
