Sourcing activities for HardyDewerse, a specialist wholesaler in: aquaristic, terraria and pond accessories.
Examination of recent product trends in the Fishkeeping industry at the China International Pet Show. The CIPS is an international company fair and the largest pet and aquarium supplies show in Asia-Pacific region. With more than 1500 exhibitors, it gather pets and aquarium manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world.

Tasks performed:
- Evaluating potential manufacturers, recommend mark-up rate or markdown rate
- Discuss products quality requirements (EU standards) with current and potential manufacturers
- Communicate with HardyDewerse team, transfer relevant informations
- Inspect product quality of manufacturers

Summer intern

Strategy & Market analysis tasks: evaluate potential foreign markets in Europe to decide whether the company should operate in those markets (SWOT analysis).
