What are we going to learn? 

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many aspects of our (professional) lives.  These days and week it has become evidently clear that we are not in control of the forces around us.

Yet especially now, it is important to take control of that what still is within our ‘circle of influence’.

It is of great importance that we build on our personal resilience to deal with and overcome these difficult changes. For yourself and for others.

  • Learning to manage one’s responses in order to recover from setbacks and adapt well to change
  • Building greater self-awareness, resilience, and self-management based on knowledge of one’s self and emotions
  • Extending these individual insights to social awareness/management skills, while engaging with our teams and stakeholders

This learning session will be delivered in an interactive format as a 2 part series of 90 minutes each.

Session 1: Tuesday 14 April – 3.30 PM to 5 PM
Session 2: Thursday 21 April – 3.30 PM to 5 PM
