Embassy Festival 2019 The Hague

A wave of global culture will sweep through The Hague during the seventh annual Embassy Festival, taking place on Friday 6 September and Saturday 7 September 2019 on the picturesque Lange Voorhout.

This year nearly 70 embassies will be participating, making it a record-breaking edition already! Tempt the senses through an exploration of international music, cuisine and culture in a varied, FREE of charge programme which promises to delight and entertain audiences of all ages. Expect an innovative musical programme featuring pop, jazz, folk and classical music, as well as culinary delights, theatre, literature, art and activities spanning all corners of the globe. Stroll the tree-lined boulevard of the Lange Voorhout and soak up the many charms our beautiful world has to offer.

Participating embassies this year are: Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, Hungary, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Kosovo, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Nepal, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Palestine, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Republic of Korea, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sint Maarten, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Yemen.
