The Holland Alumni Career Café is an informal get-together of young international professionals: International students and alumni who are interested in starting a career in the Netherlands. 

During the event, we will share information about the orientation year and start-up scheme. This is your chance to ask tips on how to find a job, Dutch language and business culture, entrepreneurship and to learn from alumni experiences.

In this Career Cafe, you are going to find 5 different tables, each one with one topic and people will have the opportunity to be informed and ask the concerns about them.

The tables are:

1. Job searching/hunting in the Netherlands

2. Orientation year

3. Start ups, Businesses and entrepreneurs

4. Dutch Language and culture

5. Dutch working culture


19:00 - 19:15      Registration

19:15 - 19:35     Welcome

- Intro. to HAn-NL & evening’s program

19:35 - 20:00   Introduction to topics and table leaders 

20:05 - 20:35   Round 1: table discussions (participants rotate to another table)  

20:35 - 21:00   Round 2: table discussions (participants rotate to another table)

21:00 - 21:10   Close table discussions, thank participants and open networking                      

21:10 - Networking 

How can I join the Holland Alumni Career Café?

Registration is mandatory via the ticketing service on this event page. 

The event is free of charge and will include a welcome drink and snacks.

Registration is on a first come first serve basis so if you need to cancel please let us know ASAP. Your cancellation will allow another international to attend.
