Netherlands is famous for its history of transforming the landscape, as the country is located below the sea level. Efficiency in working with the terrain and landscapes while saving its natural capabilities is highly demanded today when we face climate changing and fight the consequences of urbanisation.Russia is a huge country which we need to value more, so MARCH believes that the Dutch experience will be useful here. In 2019-2020 academic year, MARCH will be welcoming guests from the Felixx bureau who will be sharing their experience with the audience. The bureau's portfolio includes projects of all scales in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Russia, China, Indonesia, Iceland and other countries.Their first lecture is taking part on November 14th at 19:00, by MICHIEL VAN DRIESSCHE, an architect and co-founder of Felixx Landscape Architects & Planners.Registration is obligatory. To attend the event, please register on the MARCH's website.
