We face uncertainty on a regular basis as internationals living abroad. In times of crisis, we are reminded that uncertainty is always there regardless of the fact that we are aware of it or not. During this interactive session, we will learn how to manage uncertainty including some practical exercises and tips to be integrated into our daily lives.
During our 60 minutes session we will cover the following topics:
- What is uncertainty?
- How to become more aware of it on a regular basis?
- How to create daily routines to cope with uncertainty?
About our speaker:
Nelson Almanzar is a certified ELI-MP Coach, with vast experience providing coaching to individuals and organizations using different approaches and methodologies. Empathy is the first step to connecting with clients. As a coach, Nelson listens for how aligned your personal values and your work are.
