Share and learn session at EAIE for doctoral students in international higher education
This session at the EAIE Conference, which requires a special application process to attend, is for individuals who are currently enrolled in a doctoral programme and are undertaking research on internationalisation of higher education.
It will offer the opportunity to develop a publication strategy, gain insights on how to overcome your research challenges, and engage with a growing research community of EAIE practitioners.

Session schedule
12:30-13:30: Lunch will be offered as a networking opportunity with participating PhD students and the faciliators.
13:30-17:00: The session will be organised in three parts.
Part 1: How to get published: developing a strategy
We'll begin by discussing how to develop publication strategies. We will focus on the Journal of Studies in International Education, but also explain different foci of the most prominent journals in the field as well as other publication outlets that are appropriate at different stages of the students’ research.
Part 2: What’s on your mind?: overcoming deadends and roadblocks
Share your current research challenges and discover possible solutions and ways forward.
Part 3: Where to from here: a research community at EAIE
Discuss with us how to build a research community within EAIE that can bring together experienced and emerging researchers.
