From 24 – 27 October the 49th World Conference on Lung Health will take place in The Hague.


The  UNION, based in Paris, organizes this conference and KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation https://www.kncvtbc.org/ supports them in that. This year the conference theme is “Declaring our rights: social and political solutions”.


The UNION is looking for volunteers to assist on site  in a number of areas depending on their interests, including the speakers’ centre, media centre, registration, in plenaries, poster sessions and symposia.


In return the volunteers have access to the conference sessions and networking opportunities with public health experts from around the world.

About the UNION 

The UNION works worldwide in the field of lung health and tuberculosis control with a strong focus on tuberculosis control in low income countries. The UNION  organizes annually the World Conference where researchers and health practitioners from all over the world meet and share experiences.
