As the Dutch are true entrepreneurs and are always eager to share knowledge and contacts, the Netherlands has quite a few Centers for Entrepreurship to stimulate an entrepreneurial society.

DutchCE is the network of centers for entrepreneurship in public universities and universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands. The centers offer support through entrepreneurship programs for students, staff, and local entrepreneurs. 

The network has five main aims:

  • Strengthen entrepreneurship education
  • Strengthen entrepreneurship research
  • Apply entrepreneurship education and research (valorisation)
  • Support policy making
  • Represent and promote the ecosystem
